Normal Operating Hours
Monday – Friday
10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Hong Kong Time, UTC+8)
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays.
Summer 2026 Operating Hours (Reduced)
Effective: June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
Monday – Thursday
10:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Hong Kong Time, UTC+8)
Response times may be longer than usual during this period.
Typical Response Times
Response times are measured in business days and exclude weekends, company closures, and public holidays.

B2B / Dealer / Distributor / OEM Inquiries 3–7 business days
Existing B2B Customer Order Updates 3–4 business days
Response times are estimates only and may be extended during periods of high inquiry volume or for complex technical or commercial matters.
Company Closures and Public Holidays
Blade Outboards generally observes major public holidays in Hong Kong and the United States. Certain departments, offices, employees, manufacturing partners, or regional operations may also observe local holidays, including Chinese public holidays and other regional holidays.
As a result, some departments may operate with reduced staffing or experience extended response times during these periods. Company-wide closures and significant changes to operating hours will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable.
