Blade Outboards operates an affiliated entity in the People’s Republic of China for manufacturing and supply chain purposes only.

No customer account data, telemetry data, website data, or app user data is stored within Mainland China.
All customer and product-related data is hosted in secure cloud infrastructure located outside Mainland China, including but not limited to the United States and other international data centers.
Manufacturing operations in China do not have access to:

• Telemetry data
• App usage data
• Warranty registration data
Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only and governed by strict access control policies.
Applicability of PRC Data Laws
Blade Outboards does not offer goods or services to individuals located within Mainland China and does not process personal information of individuals in Mainland China for consumer purposes.
Accordingly, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (PIPL) generally does not apply to our consumer data processing activities.
