This Section applies solely to use of the Website and related digital services. Product warranty claims relating to physical hardware are governed exclusively by the Blade Outboards Warranty Policy.

Users and purchasers are responsible for complying with all applicable boating safety laws, licensing requirements, navigation rules, and manufacturer installation guidelines. Proper training, safety equipment, and compliance with local maritime regulations are required.

Blade Outboards does not assume responsibility for improper installation, unsafe operation, or failure to comply with applicable boating laws.

24. Technical Support and Advice Disclaimer

In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and applicable app or software terms, the separate app or software terms shall control.

Blade Outboards is a trading name of Blade Marine Technologies Limited (BRN 77940605), a company incorporated and registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

References in these Terms to “Blade Outboards,” “Blade,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Blade Marine Technologies Limited and, where applicable, its affiliated entities and authorized representatives.

Operational activities, including research and development, engineering, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and commercial functions, may be conducted in other jurisdictions through affiliated entities, contractors, or authorized partners.

References to Blade Outboards in these Terms include such affiliated operational structures where applicable.

35. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Blade Outboards. These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties and do not confer any rights or remedies upon any third party.

36. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms govern Website use only.
