Blade Outboards Warranty Policy
Blade Marine Technologies Limited
Effective Date: March 1st 2026
1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage is based on your specific order confirmation and sales agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, Blade Outboards are covered by a:
• Two (2) Year Limited Warranty,
• Three (3) Years in certain jurisdictions, or
• Longer periods where required by applicable local law.
For products supplied by Blade Marine Technologies Limited in Hong Kong (or through the respective reseller), this warranty is provided in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Warranty coverage applies to recreational and standard private use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial, rental, fleet, charter, governmental, training, racing, or other high-duty-cycle applications may be subject to different warranty terms as specified at the time of sale.
For purposes of this Warranty, “high-use” operation means use exceeding 1,000 hours of engine operation within any twelve (12) month period, as recorded by the product’s onboard telemetry or internal operating hour meter.
2. What Is Covered
Blade Marine Technologies Limited warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
At our discretion, we will:
• Repair the defective product or component, or
• Replace it with a new or refurbished product or component.
The remedies set forth in this Warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the purchaser.
Blade reserves the right to inspect, test, and diagnose any product subject to a warranty claim in order to determine eligibility for coverage under this Warranty.
3. Extended Warranty
Extended warranty coverage may be offered for purchase at the time of order or within the standard warranty period, subject to availability and approval by Blade.

• Must be confirmed in writing by Blade Marine Technologies Limited,
• Shall apply only to the specific product identified in the extended warranty documentation,
• Shall remain subject to all exclusions, limitations, liability caps, and other terms set forth in this Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
The extended warranty period, if purchased, shall begin immediately following the expiration of the standard warranty period and shall not create a new or separate warranty unless expressly agreed in writing.
4. Transferability
This warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner, provided that:
